Job Description:

Introduction:

This scope of work (SOW) identifies role of person who will act as enumerator & Classroom observers (service provider) as well as of International Rescue Committee (IRC). During this agreement an enumerator/, class room observer will be engaged with organization for almost of one month to provide following responsibilities. S/He will be responsible to attend a capacity building workshop as well as be an active member of team who will be collecting data/observing classroom teaching from selected schools of AJK or GB districts.

Responsibilities:

1.       Travel from her/his home town to provincial/regional location to attend 05 days training workshop to capacitate herself/himself on Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA).

2.       Travel to Allocated District field and perform necessary coordination with school heads where students and teachers will be assessed from selected schools.

3.       Ensure to perform pre-school departure activities as per training before visiting any school.

4.       Assess graduate of grade 2 student for Urdu language and also observe Urdu language class in selected schools.

5.       Visit a school on daily basis as per schedule.

6.       Perform post-school activities as per provided training to perform necessary verification & validation

Education: Bachelor degree, Master degree willbe preferred

Experience: 

·         Experience of administration of EGRA using paper-pencil/Android tablet/both is required

·         Candidate with 2-3 Years Teaching experience will be preferred

·         Candidate with PRP/MSI EGRA data collection activities will be preferred.

·         Experience with development project is an asset.

Expertise to use Tablets are required
