| Job Description: |
- Responsible to draft SOP’s & flowcharts of all organizational processes & ensure their implementation
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- supervising technical and other staff for compliance of SOP’s
- Determining, and communicating in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- setting customer service standards
- specifying quality requirements of products with suppliers or inventory
- department
- investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
- determining training needs of staff where required
- acting as a facilitator for change and improvement in performance and quality
- directing process improvements to maximize profitability
- recording, analysing and distributing statistical information
- Any other task assigned by HOD
