| Job Description: |
GWP Production
- Take and discuss daily production plan and target plan from PPC, maintain the rigid inventory status.
- Ensures PO opening and closing on time.
- Check approval of shade band from the customer, assist in new wash trails/ developments and discuss its result with Plant Head and Quality Head for production run.
- Identify and find ways to solve the technical and managerial washing, dyes quality issues, train the workers to carry out production plan effectively.
- Assists them to reduce B-grade garments
- Control shift production
- Control production quality D.H.U %
- Review sample loads for Bulk production.
- Solve Minor production risk and discuss seniors for major risks during production.
- Floor Management regarding 5-S
Implementation of Net Wash and Auto Dosing
- Ensures implementation of auto-dosing in every recipe.
- Resolves issues related to auto-dosing on floor.
- Ensures utilization of chemicals at optimum level.
- Maintains lowest chemical cost during month.
EHS Compliance
- Liaison with EHS Team to ensure personal and team compliance with EHS protocols.
- Guides the team members on safety protocols to minimize possible injuries.
