Job Description: |
- Responsible for leading the B2B local sales operations of Tri-Pack in the South region in order to achieve Co.\'s profitability targets.
- Develop annual sales plans & strategies for South region to achieve profitable sales volumes and margins.
- Build and lead a high performing sales team to actively generate leads, cultivate customer relationships and satisfaction to achieve sales revenue targets.
- Actively monitors and provides insights on region’s sales performance, changing industry trends, economic indicators, competitors, supply & demand forecast, product distribution and leverages the market intelligence to maximize business results.
- Build excellent relationships with customers and key influencers to boost customer loyalty & retention, promote Co.’s brand & product, develop new businesses and accelerate growth.
- Ensure customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines are adhered to, to manage customer relationships.
- Partner with business team(s) for sustainable growth (profit, market share, customer loyalty & satisfaction) and for quality, rightly and timely delivery of product.
