The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role involves engaging with stores to introduce our frozen products, acquiring new clients, and generating valuable leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and pursue potential clients to expand our customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Product Induction:

• Introduce and promote our range of frozen products to retail stores and distributors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide relevant information to decision-makers.

Sales Strategy:

• Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Lead Generation:

• Generate and follow up on leads to secure new business.
• Utilize various channels to find and develop new sales prospects.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Customer Support:

• Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen food industry.
