| Job Description: |
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hospital services, departments, and medical staff.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and clarity.
- Assist patients in navigating the hospital system and provide guidance on next steps.
- Handle patient referrals and provide information on hospital policies and procedures.
- Manage and escalate urgent issues or concerns to the appropriate department.
- Enter and update patient information in the hospital’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisory staff when necessary.
- Manage & Handle Social Media Pages and will do blogging and netsurfing.
