Job Description: |
Role and Responsibilities
- Program / plan, direct / organize, rectify and successfully implement all activities in relation to operations in a Pharmacy.
- Supervision of pharmacy reports & liaison with Head office.
- Maintenance of legal procedure & narcotic registers.
- Maintain a disciplined environment in the Pharmacy.
- Provide staff training & new products knowledge to Pharmacy team.
- Prepare periodic performance evaluation on all employees.
- Institute & implement enhancement of quality
