Job Description: |
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with a background in the USA healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with excellent communication skills, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints
- Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM
- Handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) and assist customers efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in the USA healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer service channels
