We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Shipping Transport Broker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination of vehicle transport between shippers and carriers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers (shippers) and transport carriers to facilitate vehicle shipping.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with carriers to ensure competitive and fair rates for both the company and customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to build a reliable network for vehicle transport.
• Manage the logistics of vehicle transport, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery; proactively address any issues that arise during transport.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and keeping customers informed throughout the shipping process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a freight broker, transport broker, or similar role in the auto shipping industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation regulations, and the auto transport market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using logistics software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
