As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the pickup and delivery of freight, managing driver schedules, and ensuring that shipments are delivered on time while maintaining strong communication with drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule driver routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers to provide information about loads, routes, and delivery instructions.
• Track and monitor the location and status of trucks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the dispatching process, such as delays or changes in delivery plans.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle dispatch-related paperwork, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain clear records of communication, delivery status, and any issues encountered.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in truck dispatching or logistics coordination (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work night shifts to align with USA business hours.
• Familiarity with the US trucking industry, including regulations and freight operations (preferred).
