Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

The incumbent candidate is responsible for Designing, evaluating, reviewing and assisting in approval process of Consumer lending products and their associated PPMs.
Ensure timely approval of PPM after discussion with all stakeholders.
Management and timely review of schedule of charges.
Research on new Products for portfolio diversification.
Research on new Products for portfolio diversification.
Preparing & Drafting Loan Approval Booklets, in consultation with relevant departments.

Media/Marketing & Advertising:

Ensure timely designing of desired marketing collateral e.g. Posters, Banners, Brochures and flyers.
Updation of BOP Website w.r.t related Consumer Products Portfolio
Ensure timely and correct submission of all Quality Assurance Reports
Liaising with various organizations for business development under the projects for targeted marketing

Digital Initiatives:

Liaising with Fintechs for on-boarding/ implementation and product rollout.
Liaising with IT and other departments to ensure smooth integration and product delivery
Continuous process and systems optimization based on feedback from end users
Conducting extensive User Acceptance Testing of developed systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University. Preference will be given to Master Degree holders having proficiency and

knowledge in Digital/IT systems.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of May 14, 2025.

Experience: Minimum 07 Years of Banking experience, Preference will be given to candidates having 3 years of relevant experience
