Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:

Examination Support:
- Assist the Examination Officer in the planning and scheduling of examinations.
- Help in the preparation of examination timetables and their dissemination.
- Assist with the allocation of examination halls and invigilators.

Question Paper Assistance:
- Assist in the receipt, verification, and secure handling of question papers.
- Help in the coordination of question paper printing and distribution.
- Ensure availability of necessary stationery and materials for examinations.

Conduct of Examinations Assistance:
- Assist in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations.
- Help in briefing invigilators on their duties.
- Assist in addressing minor issues that may arise during examinations.
- Help in maintaining order in examination halls.

Answer Script Handling:
- Assist in the collection and secure storage of answer scripts.
- Help in the coordination of the marking and evaluation process.
- Assist in the timely return of marked answer scripts.

Result Processing Support:
- Assist in the compilation and processing of examination results under supervision.
- Help in verifying marks and grades.
- Assist in the preparation of result sheets and transcripts.
