We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Business Administrator to manage the daily operations of our online store. This role involves overseeing sales & marketing activities, product listings, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with customers, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting digital marketing efforts to ensure a smooth and profitable online business
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and categorization on the eCommerce PrestaShop platform Analyze sales reports, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing Generate performance reports and suggest improvements to optimize sales and operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English
- Good communication skills in English
- Be proactive, possess professional ethics, with high loyalty
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and coordination skills.
