| Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator and Email Deliverability Expert with experience in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and email outreach optimization. This role blends technical email infrastructure management with business development coordination to support lead generation and outreach for new clinical trial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
- Set up and authenticate email domains using SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX DNS records.
- Manage inbox setup via Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other providers.
- Implement and monitor automated email warm-up tools to protect domain reputation and enhance deliverability.
- Track email health, domain reputation, and bounce/spam rates to ensure optimal outreach efficiency.
Email Campaign Optimization
- Execute targeted cold email campaigns using CRM/outreach tools.
- Optimize subject lines, sender identities, and templates for higher open and response rates.
- Monitor metrics and performance of email marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Use tools such as Apollo.io to identify and source sponsor/CRO contacts.
- Monitor trial registries (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov) and industry news for upcoming trial leads.
Document Management
- Organize, track, and maintain business development documentation, including sponsor profiles, study trackers, and communication logs.
Clinical Study Coordination (Training Provided)
- Assist in coordinating clinical study activities and managing sponsor communication (training will be provided).
Requirements
- Proven experience with MS365, Google Workspace, DNS records, and domain authentication.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Zoho etc.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during U.S. time zone hours.
Hours: 3PM-12AM
