Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and managing information into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Entering data from source documents (paper or digital) into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Checking the accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors.
- Updating existing data, ensuring its current and accurate, and maintaining databases.
- Organizing and storing both physical and digital documents, often in an organized filing system.
- Creating and compiling reports based on the data entered and maintained.
- Protecting the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

- Converting physical documents into digital format and indexing them for easy retrieval.
- Locating and providing data from databases or other electronic files upon request.
- Working with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Identifying and resolving data entry errors or inconsistencies.
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Adhering to data entry procedures and guidelines, Ensuring the proper functioning of data entry equipment.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 – 2 Years.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Residential Job / Rotation-Based job.
