Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for drivers, including job postings, applications, interviews, and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels (online job portals, local recruitment drives, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening interviews and background checks including license verification, criminal record checks, and driving history.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential drivers to meet ongoing business needs.
- Coordinate with the operations team to understand driver demand based on schedules, routes, and peak seasons.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local driving schools, training centres.
- Assist with training and orientation sessions to ensure all new drivers understand company policies, safety standards, and job expectations.
- Ensure all driver records are properly documented, updated, and maintained in compliance with legal and company requirements.
