Objective 01. Data Entry & Management

• Enter program and administrative data (e.g., beneficiary lists, distribution records, HR attendance, procurement tracking) into predefined databases and Excel sheets.


• Maintain accurate digital and physical records in line with SIF data protection and confidentiality policies.


• Ensure timely data entry for field assessments, monitoring reports, and program activities.


• Assist the MEAL team and program teams in formatting and organizing data for reports or presentations.


• Perform data cleaning and verification to ensure quality and consistency.

 Objective 02. Administrative Support

• Provide support in filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining proper documentation.


• Handle correspondence and maintain office supplies inventory.


• Maintain and organize administrative records (leave requests, timesheets, vehicle logs, etc.).


• Support logistical arrangements for meetings, documentation, training sessions, meeting minutes and field visits.

 Objective 03. Office Coordination

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors at the base office, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.


• Assist the Field Coordinator and other departments in day-to-day office coordination and minor procurement support.


• Maintain office cleanliness and coordination with support staff.

 Objective 04. Other Duties

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all information handled.


• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Field Coordinator relevant to the role and responsibilities.
