Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & New Client Acquisition

  • Prospect & convert potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and social media in the four languages.
  • Pitch services effectively, tailoring messages to each linguistic and cultural context.
  • Manage full sales cycles: lead generation  proposal development ⇒ contract negotiation ⇒ deal closing
  • Track pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue, and report performance.

2. Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Act as the go-to contact for existing clients, responding to questions and resolving issues via phone, chat, or email in any of the four languages.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, track inquiries, escalate complex issues, and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records update client profiles, interactions, outcomes, and feedback.

3. Onboarding New Clients

  • Conduct kickoff meetings to understand client needs, align expectations, and outline action plans—delivering in the client’s preferred language.
  • Guide clients through implementation: paperwork, account setup, system demos, and training sessions.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, preemptively address challenges, and ensure a successful handover.

4. Collaboration & Insights

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
  • Share insights on language-specific client needs and cultural nuances to shape product offerings.
  • Support development of multilingual marketing materials and FAQs.
