| Job Description: |
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of CME department operations and educational events at all levels, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end CME event logistics, including planning, production, and post-event wrap-up, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Develop and manage budgets, handle invoices and reporting, and lead sponsorship and fundraising efforts, particularly with pharmaceutical partners.
- Supervise marketing and promotional activities, coordinate with media teams, and ensure compliance with PMC, ISO, JCIA, and internal SOPs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, uphold patient confidentiality, respect cultural values, and model professionalism and ethical behavior in all CME-related activities.
