Job Description: |
- Provide information and support to community members on mobilization activities.
- Refer cases to relevant stakeholders,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, including calls, messages, and referrals.
- Manage calls and messages to defaulters for monthly and quarterly follow up visits.
- Ensure the linkages with relevant department, NADRA for timely issuance of Form B for defaulters.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share knowledge and expertise.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
