Job Description: |
The Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRH) Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of SRH program deliverables, overseeing timely and accurate reporting, and managing key stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project timelines. The role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of SRH principles and community-based programming.
Program Management & Implementation
- Oversee the daily operations of SRH-related activities in alignment with project goals and work plans
- Ensure deliverables are met according to donor requirements and internal standards
- Monitor field activities and provide technical guidance to field staff and partners
Reporting & Documentation
- Draft high-quality narrative and data-driven reports for donors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including success stories and case studies
- Collaborate with M&E teams to collect and analyze program data
Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and manage relationships with local authorities, partners, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders
- Representing the organization in relevant technical meetings and coordination forums
- Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and regular updates with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Capacity Building & Training
- Support the planning and facilitation of training sessions on SRH topics for staff and community members
- Identify capacity gaps and recommend solutions for ongoing learning and development
