We are looking for a talented Java Developer who is a Chinese national and can communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate will join our growing software engineering team to help build enterprise-grade applications for international clients.

Your daily tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for HR ATS and CRM using Java and Kotlin, Spring boot & Spring Framework.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.•
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure application stability.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical processes, designs, and system configurations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Java and Kotlin
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Languages with Git or other version control systems.
• Chinese nationality (PRC or resident)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
