Job Description: |
Dignosco is the pioneer of College Counselling in Pakistan and caters to students across top schools and universities within and outside Pakistan. This has resulted in 100+ ivy admissions, 33 oxbridge and over pkr 20 billion in scholarships since 2009. Apply if you are ambitious, not afraid to take initiative and have the ability to transfer a strong sales ethic from another industry. This is a senior role that offers a transformational opportunity by building commissions for sales performance which can be more than 2 years of basic pay on 30 students each year.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Manage Portfolios:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of students and professionals interested in UK higher education—with a special focus on universities like Cardiff, Durham, Sussex, Edinburgh, Reading and SOAS.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Convert incoming social media leads and generate new leads through outreach events at schools and universities in your city and surrounding areas.
Practice Building:
- Establish your own client base across a range of foundation, undergraduate, and graduate programs for UK, USA, Canada universities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international university
- Sales or outreach experience preferred (Education, EdTech, Retail, or Services industry)
- Prior background in the education or sales sector is a plus but not required

The most noticeable factors for the decline in admissions to leading universities globally and the college placements for the average student across emerging markets were lack of awareness about higher education opportunities, minimal one-on-one guidance opportunities, and lack of credible counseling resources. It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group
Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia. We have offices in Lahore and Karachi led by a team of young professionals with background in Social Sciences Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity.
